  • The Crisis Management
    Demo Track: (*Updated with Edit and Send SMS)
    1. Use the smart phone to marked the way-point (crisis area)
      • Optionaly use the Add Way Point link
      • Besure to click on the Get Lat/Lng link to retrieve the latitude and longitude
    2. Click on View All or one anyone of the status
      • Double click to zoom
      • Click on Satellite view or Hybrid view
      • Hold down mouse to pan
    3. Click on any of the color dots
    4. Click on Address tab
    5. Click on Reserve Look up (to view the address)
    6. Click on Look up Resident (to see who live at that address)
      • Optional, Click on the Look up Address Around Location
    7. [back] Click on Way-Point Search
    8. Select Status Red (or any combination of search criteria)
      • Click on Submit
      • Optional, Click on a quick link Individual Team link
      • Optional, go back to step #1
    9. Click on color dot/Way Point, and click on Edit
    10. Change the status to "Inactive/Closed"
      • Type in the reason why
      • Click on Submit button
    11. Click on View Inactive/Closed
    12. Click on color dot/Way Point, and click on Send SMS
      • Type in the Message
      • Click on Submit button
    13. Show the send SMS on your phone to the client
    14. Click on Street Sheet Reports
    15. Click on Resident Report or Building Report
    16. Click on Report Search
      • Select any search combination like sample listed on that page
      • Click Submit

*To view the address and resident for individual way-point, enable the "Access data sources across domains" feature on your browser. In Microsoft browser, go to "Tools/Internet Options/Security-Internet-Custom Level.../miscellaneous/Access data sources across domains/Enable."
